Creative Design Process

Where do we start?  Our typical process is from concept to mailbox.  This usually begins with choosing your campaign.

The first step in the process is to target your prospects.  Typically, you will order your list.  We can provide you with a list of prospects that fit the demographic you are looking for - location, annual income, gender—and more.

Next, you will need to choose your campaign.  Is this a grand opening?  Announcing a new product or service?  Quarterly membership drive?  We find that postcards are the most economical platform to promote your business or ideas.  Two important things to consider are size and offer.

Break through the Size Barrier

Once you exceed the 4 1/4 by 6 inch maximum for a standard-sized card, you may as well take advantage of the 6 x 11 inch maximum.  Our Jumbo-Sized format allows more dramatic graphics and a more detailed message. A card such as this is typically printed on stock that is coated on both sides.  We use full color on both sides of the card for the most dramatic impact.

That’s the Ticket!

When you use a post card as a discount coupon or a ticket to an event, you increase the likelihood of a response. The message here is obvious--bring the card in and get a discount.

Select or provide artwork.  We have a huge stock photo gallery.  We demonstrate just a sampling of what we have to offer on our Design Gallery pages.  If you have an idea for an image, but do not see it here - give us a call, chances are we have what you are looking for in our library.

Easy as 1-2-3.  This is YOUR promotion - we will keep you informed every step of the way.  When the design process is complete you will be provided with color proofs to view.

Lastly, you will schedule your mailing.  We will do all the prep work to get your mail out the door and into the mailboxes of your prospects to meet your deadlines!
