Your mail list will arrive at Lorex on disk or via e-mail as an attachment. Whether it is a rented mail list or your own valuable in-house list Lorex will take great care in handling your data. We begin by making sure that the file is readable and homogeneous so it can be properly imported into our special software correctly. The list may then be processed by one of our USPS certified programs - that first will clean the list to USPS standards, the second will sort the individual addresses. This allows Lorex to obtain the very best postage rates and pass them on to you. This service, in combination with the physical sortation of the mail can save up to 70 % on postage! Once the mail list has been cleaned, corrected and sorted we can then print the data to labels, ink-jetted envelopes, merged laser printed letters or to paper and electronic copies |
